Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: September 8, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how Net Sub processes information when Agents use its subscriber, collection, messaging, and notification management service.
2. Information we handle
- Agent account, authentication, activity, and security records.
- Subscriber names, usernames, phone numbers, addresses, and notes entered by Agents.
- Plans, subscription start and expiry dates, renewals, and suspension status.
- Receivables, payments, debts, collection records, and related financial history.
- Agent receipt identity, support phone, and uploaded logo.
- Operational/error logs and standard request information processed by servers and security layers.
- WhatsApp session keys, an opaque push identity, notification preferences, and device/subscription identifiers managed by the push provider.
3. How information is used
Information is used to operate subscriber administration, subscription renewals, debt and payment tracking, receipts, reminders, WhatsApp functionality, security, troubleshooting, and the Net Sub service.
4. Push notifications
Net Sub may use OneSignal, Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android), and Apple Push Notification service (iOS, when enabled) to deliver push notifications. These providers may process notification, device, subscription, and routing identifiers needed for delivery. Net Sub does not send the entire subscriber database to OneSignal. Lock-screen messages are aggregated and omit subscriber names, phone numbers, usernames, and exact debt details.
5. WhatsApp
An Agent may connect a WhatsApp account to send reminders to phone numbers the Agent entered. Net Sub stores connection keys to maintain that session. Messages pass through WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's applicable terms and policies.
6. Sharing and processors
Hosting and network providers, WhatsApp, OneSignal, FCM, and APNs may process limited data where required for their relevant functions. Net Sub does not sell personal information.
7. Retention
Information is retained while needed for service operation, security, settlement, and accounting history. Subscription, payment, financial, and activity history may remain after a subscriber is soft-deleted. Completed or failed push delivery logs are cleaned after 90 days.
8. Security
Net Sub uses access controls, Agent data isolation, protected sessions, CSRF protection, password hashing, and backups. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Agent controls
Agents can correct managed data, suspend or soft-delete subscribers, change notification preferences, and disconnect WhatsApp. Agents may contact support about access, correction, or deletion available under the system design and applicable obligations.
10. Children
Net Sub is an administrative tool for Agents and is not directed to children. Agents are responsible for entering subscriber information lawfully.
11. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated as features or requirements change; the update date will appear here. For privacy questions, contact 07836350000.
